Vietnam War Memorial  

This is the sculpture grouping I started in 1971.  Senator Vance Hartke (D-Indiana) of the Senate Armed Services Committee, Committee on Veterans Affairs, introduced S. Res. 100, April 17, 1973 for my proposed Vietnam Memorial  to be placed in the Russell Office Building Rotunda, Washington, D.C. 

 Such arrangements were never concluded.

And the statues were destroyed during casting.
